Returns

The return can be made for the following reasons

  • Unwanted product
  • Product under Warranty
  • Product to be replaced for wrong size
  • Defective product
  • Wrong product reception

The return can NOT take place

  • Product to order (Read well)

Unwanted product

If the product received is no longer desired, it can be returned within 30 days as long as the product is new and intact in its original packaging and, if it is a piece of clothing, it must keep the original labels. THE PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE USED.

The customer can re-pack the product in a packaging appropriate to the size and that protects its integrity, and send it back, at his own expense, using the courier he prefers, to the following address:

CodZero reserves the right to check the product before issuing a refund.

 

Product under warranty

All products sold on CodZero are covered by the manufacturer’s 24-month warranty.

If there are non-conformities in the course of use, which cannot be found at the time of receipt, the customer can contact the assistenza@codzero.it email address and point out the problem. If CodZero believes that the product can be replaced under warranty, it will collect the same vehicle as its courier, and will carry out a check upon receipt and then make the replacement.

CodZero reserves the right to issue a refund if restoration is not possible.

 

Product to be replaced for incorrect size

If the product received is of an incorrect size, the customer can, within 30 days, request replacement, provided that the product is new and intact in its original packaging and with the original labels. THE PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE USED.

The customer can re-pack the product in a packaging appropriate to the size and that protects its integrity, and send it back, at his own expense, using the courier he prefers, to the following address:

CodZero reserves the right to check the product before making the replacement or issuing the refund.

 

Defective Product

The customer can make the return if the product received is defective. Please contact CodZero immediately at assistenza@codzero.it and point out the problem.

The CodZero team will collect the package by its own courier, and will check, upon receipt, its integrity.

If the product is used, the process that will follow the product is the same as the “product under warranty”.

 

Wrong Product Reception

If the customer receives a wrong product, please contact CodZero immediately at the email address assistenza@codzero.it,which will take charge of the collection by its own courier.

The customer will have the right to request a refund or replacement.

 

How to pack the product for return

Each returned product must be packed in a packaging of correct size, which protects its integrity.

Inside the packaging, in addition to the product in its original packaging, there must be a proof of purchase, invoice or receipt. If the invoice is received online, you will have to print it. If there is no proof of purchase inside the package, the return will be rejected.

The packaging must contain the address of the sender and that of the recipient (CodZero).

PRODUCTS TO ORDER

When you buy a product to order it will not be in any way possible to proceed with the cancellation, return of the order once entered. It is also not possible to make use of the right of withdrawal, nor to request a refund or the issuance of vouchers as the goods are assorted specifically for the customer and not available in our warehouses. Waiting times are indicated in working days and if significant delays occur, the CodZero team will promptly inform the customer who can decide whether to wait or request a refund of the order.
